Acrobat Removals have been Newcastle Furniture Removalists since 1994. Over that time our guarantee has always been that “we’ll do your move as quickly as possible and we will have total respect for both yourself and your belongings”.
From the office staff to our removalists – everyone is trained in effective communication and also to have total respect for the customer, their people, and the public.
When you call our office the first thing we’ll do is discuss your move to determine the best way to quote you. We will recommend either giving you a Total Cost Estimate (TCE) based on an hourly rate, or we will send our professional estimator out to meet with you. He will perform an in-house quote and give you an exact price.
We are continually monitoring customer satisfaction to make sure that we understand what constitutes a happy customer, and therefore what makes a successful move. As professional removalists, it is our aim to exceed your expectations. Our reputation depends on it.
As well as domestic house moves we are also able to perform office relocations and commercial moves because we have the expertise, and equipment to do them. That means we have removalists who are adept at compactus disassembly and reassembly, as well as other specialised knowledge, so they can think and plan out a technical move without hiccups.
Besides furniture removals, we specialise in self storage at our drive up facility at Mayfield East. It is in our locked and alarmed warehouse.
Onsite is our Box shop where you can purchase the packing materials you will require for your move.
